Loadings:

To be Negotiated at time of Booking - All packages,
point of sale, website, posters, billboards, transit,
metrolites carry a loading.

Usage:

Use of film footage, stills or voice-overs other than original
booking will incur an additional fee.
Extras recognisable in final edit of TV Commercials
will be paid a loading fee for Usage

Travelling:

Full hourly rate will be charged outside a radius of 20km
from GPO and Petrol Allowance as per ATO Charged

*Fourteen Day Invoices
Unless credit facilities have been granted, our invoices are payable within fourteen days of the date of issue. Payments later than 30 days following the due date will be charged an additional 10%.

If you fail to pay any amount when due, or any act or proceeding is commenced which involves your solvency, then all amounts you owe to us will immediately be-come due and must be paid by you on demand. We will charge interest at the rate of three percent per annum above the reference interest rate of WESTPAC Bank.

You must reimburse to us all costs and expenses we incur in recovering any out-standing amounts from you, including debt collection agency fees, and legal fees.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of VICTORIA and both you and we irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Cancellation Fees
If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, then the full fee will apply. This will assist to cover the cost of lost income for the staff member booked, who could have taken other work.

If the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours, then half the agreed rate will be charged.

If a booking is re-scheduled less than 48 hours prior to the event, a cancellation/rebooking fee of $50 will be charged to cover administrative costs of notifying staff members, preparing new rosters or obtaining alternate staff members for the new dates.

An additional $20 per talent may also be charged if VISIONS MCP PTY LTD deems the booked talent has already incurred expenses relating to the booking.
